What is Steam's MENA-USD region?
MENA-USD is a pricing region Valve introduced on Steam in November 2023 for the Middle East and North Africa. Games in this region are billed in US dollars, but at discounted regional prices that Valve recommends setting well below US prices. It replaced volatile local-currency pricing (like the Turkish lira) with stable, dollar-based regional pricing.
Which countries are in Steam's MENA-USD region?

Valve's official list covers these 14 countries and territories:

Why aren't Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar in the list?
Those four Gulf countries already have their own dedicated Steam currencies — Saudi riyal (SAR), UAE dirham (AED), Kuwaiti dinar (KWD) and Qatari riyal (QAR) — with their own regional price recommendations, so Valve kept them out of the shared MENA-USD bucket. MENA KEYS shows official Steam prices for all of them side by side.
Are MENA-USD prices cheaper than US prices?
Usually, yes. Valve's recommended MENA-USD prices are roughly 40–55% below the US price depending on the price tier — but the final choice is each developer's, so the discount varies per game. That's exactly why comparing per game is worth it.
How does MENA KEYS use these prices?
